Answer
Can two Starlink dishes share one monthly subscription?
For most customers, each active terminal needs its own service line and subscription. Having two kits under one account does not normally mean they share a single monthly service charge. Starlink documents exceptions for some specialist plans, so read the exact offer rather than applying the household rule universally.
Before adding a kit, decide whether it is a replacement or an additional connection. Those are different account actions. Buying a second dish does not automatically cancel the first subscription.
Our practical checklist is to name or record each kit, its location, service line, recurring charge and intended use. For home-and-travel bundles, inspect any dependency between the primary subscription and the add-on.
After activation, review Billing and confirm that only the intended services are active. If replacing failed equipment under a support case, follow that case's instructions rather than creating an unnecessary paid subscription.
