Answer
Does mobile Wi-Fi Calling work over Starlink?
Wi-Fi Calling can use a working Starlink internet connection when your phone, mobile provider and account support it. The calling feature belongs to the mobile service, so joining Starlink Wi-Fi does not automatically enable it.
Follow the phone manufacturer's and carrier's instructions. For an iPhone, Apple describes enabling Wi-Fi Calling for the relevant mobile line and completing any requested address confirmation. Other phones have their own controls.
Our test is to confirm that ordinary browsing works, make a normal outgoing call, then ask someone to call you back. Repeat where you normally use the phone. If only one handset fails, investigate its settings and carrier support before resetting the satellite equipment.
Voice calls depend on stable connectivity and power. Follow the provider's emergency-calling guidance and keep an alternative communication method. Do not place test calls to emergency numbers.
