Answer
Why will some websites not load on Starlink when others work?
A failure affecting only some websites can come from the website, browser, device, filtering, DNS or the network path. It is different from every device losing internet access.
Use a short comparison:
- Try the affected site in another browser or its official app.
- Try a second device on the same network.
- Compare with mobile data if available.
- Check the website's own service-status information.
- Note any VPN, parental filter or custom DNS service in use.
If only one browser fails, begin there. If every network fails, the remote service may be the issue. If only Starlink-connected devices fail, inspect network-wide settings and seek support with the exact examples.
Do not permanently disable security controls or change several DNS and router settings together. On managed work equipment, involve your IT team rather than altering policy. A careful comparison is more useful than repeatedly factory-resetting the router for a problem affecting one website.
