Where can I download a Starlink invoice or payment receipt?
Open Billing in your Starlink account, select the relevant period and download the available statement or invoice. Check payment history separately when you need evidence that a charge has actually settled.
Our bookkeeping checklist is to match the invoice date, service period, amount and account or service line to the payment. A pending bank transaction is not the same as a completed payment, and an invoice is not automatically proof that it has been paid.
If you operate several kits, identify which charges belong to each location before filing the document. Keep equipment purchases separate from recurring service costs in your records.
If required invoice details are missing or incorrect, ask Starlink support about correction options. Do not manually edit an issued invoice to make it appear that the provider billed a different customer. Store billing documents privately rather than attaching unredacted copies to public help requests.
