The real-world result
My recorded test showed 359 Mbps download, 43 Mbps upload and 19 ms latency. I have also seen personal peaks of approximately 420 Mbps download and 55 Mbps upload. These figures are evidence from my own correctly installed service, not a promise that every address will achieve the same result.
The Starlink app showed an unobstructed view of the sky and 100% ping success during the recorded period. Those details matter: a speed figure without its installation context tells only part of the story.

What I learned
For streaming, video calls, gaming, uploads and several active devices, the result has been a dramatic improvement over my previous connection. The useful lesson is not to chase a headline number; it is to give the dish an unobstructed position, test on a stable local network and repeat checks at different times.
What I would do before copying this approach
Record download, upload, latency, packet loss and the test method. Test close to the router or over Ethernet before blaming the satellite connection for a Wi-Fi issue.
