Do not paste full account screenshots or payment details into public forums when asking for help. Describe the issue and remove private information.

Read the change summary before confirming a new plan. A lower monthly figure is only one part of the decision; the new offer must still permit the location and type of use you need.

Save the current plan details, then compare:

• New recurring price and any immediate charge.
• Effective date and treatment of the current billing period.
• Speed or data differences.
• Travel, in-motion and business-use permissions.
• Hardware eligibility.
• Promotion or bundle consequences.
• Whether returning to the old plan is offered or guaranteed.

The current service descriptions allow applicable charges when changing plans during a billing cycle. Use the amount and timing displayed for your own change instead of assuming every upgrade or downgrade follows the same billing rule.

Use the official cancellation and return instructions for your own order. Owning a kit, renting one and returning equipment under an eligible offer can lead to different obligations.

Before you act, record:

1. The service line you intend to cancel.
2. The effective cancellation date and any remaining bill.
3. Whether equipment must be returned.
4. The applicable return deadline and authorised label or address.
5. Exactly which components should be included.

Photograph the kit and accessories before packing them. Protect connectors, avoid tight cable bends and keep the dispatch receipt and tracking record until the return is resolved.

Do not assume cancelling a subscription also creates a hardware return, or that returning hardware automatically cancels every service on the account. Check both parts.

If you intend to restart later, compare the available pause or plan-change options first. Save the cancellation confirmation and review the account afterward for remaining services or charges. Any specific refund entitlement should be checked against the terms for your purchase.
