Do not cancel before checking these four things
First, identify whether you rent or own the equipment, your next billing date, the service address or travel use attached to the plan, and the current return instructions in your account. These details affect the safest way to proceed.
Take photographs of the equipment and accessories before packing anything. Keep proof of dispatch if a return is required.
Changing a plan
A plan change can be better than cancellation when your needs have changed but you still want access to the equipment. For example, travel users may have an eligible standby option; fixed users may see another residential choice at their address.
