The quote should name the work
It should identify the intended dish location, mount or base, estimated cable route, router position and any Ethernet or Wi-Fi work. Ask for any assumptions to be stated clearly.
Check materials and finish
Confirm which fixings, cable protection, weatherproofing and additional hardware are included. Ask who makes good any entry point and whether photos or a handover note will be provided.
Check exclusions and safety limits
Access equipment, difficult ground, roof condition, electrical work and extra cable lengths can change a job. A good installer will be open about what may require a revised quote.
