Can a power bank charge while running Starlink Mini?
Only if the specific power bank supports the required pass-through operation and still supplies the output your Starlink Mini setup needs. A USB-C socket or a high advertised total wattage does not establish that capability.
Check the manufacturer's manual for simultaneous input and output, the output available on the chosen port, and any power-sharing restrictions. Use the cable and power requirements specified for your Starlink setup. Connecting a charger or a second device can change how a power bank allocates power.
Test before relying on it: start the Mini, connect the bank's charger, remove the charger and watch for a restart. Repeat while other intended devices are connected. Pass-through charging is not automatically an uninterrupted-power feature.
If input energy is insufficient for the load and losses, the battery may continue discharging while plugged in. Monitor charge level and temperature during a representative session. The related battery videos provide comparisons; verify the exact model's documentation before purchase.
